Melt the stresses away, relax, unwind and treat yourself to some indulgent self-care. Enjoy a 4 night midweek break to relax with daily mindfulness practices, yoga and meditation. Re-fuel and gently detox with plant based food - learn how we can let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.
