  • What do I need to bring with me on your retreats?
    Each retreat is different and all depends on the time of year, activities and location. Upon booking you will receive a welcome pack via email to give you all the relevant information you need along with a list of what to bring with you. Aim for practical, functional and comfortable. Some basics include: Layered clothing - so you can layer up or layer less depending on your comfort and activities. Walking shoes for any outside walks or hikes. Rain Jacket Minimal toiletries and make-up (let the true you shine)
  • Can I attend Retreats on my own?
    Absolutely! The aim is to switch off, find your grounding, be yourself, experience the new and appreciate all that you are. Some prefer to attend our getaways on their own so they can truly experiment and delve deeper into new beginnings, really letting go. And others keep coming with the same old pals, that share the same interests.
  • Is Wifi available?
    Yes. Wifi is available at all of our locations. Although we like to implement a digital detox throughout your stay we also understand it is important to remain contactable.
  • How do I book massages or therapies?
    Our guests are able to enjoy an extensive range of healing and therapeutic services as optional extra treatments. Click Here to see our Massage & Therapy Menu. It’s best if you book treatments prior to arriving for your retreat so that we can accommodate all your requests. We’ll send you a link to our Booking Form and to our Guest Questionnaire prior to your arrival on which you can let us know if you have any special health or physical considerations that may affect your treatments.
  • Are pets allowed on retreats?
    Although it pains me to say it, no. However much I love our four legged friends, not all locations are pet friendly and it makes it hard for those attending with allergies.
  • Is my personal information protected?
    Yes. We will only use the personal information you provide to us to enable us to provide the services that we offer or to inform you about similar services which we provide unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information. We will not pass your personal details to third parties without your express permission unless required by law to do so.
  • Can I bring my own food or beverages?
    Upon booking we will ask if you have any dietary requirements. We would therefore take this into account when choosing our menus. All food and drink provided on our retreats are consumed at your own discretion and you are within your rights to outsource food from outside the retreat. However, we would encourage you to keep to our nutrition plan throughout your stay to ensure you experience the full benefits of our retreats. Our plans are designed to gently detox and remove toxins such as caffeine, alcohol and processed foods. All food and drink is included in your retreat.
